• Cash Account: Account holder should make full cash settlement to trade Hong Kong and/or *overseas stocks.

• Margin Account: Account holder may borrow funds from REXCAPITAL Securities Limited to trade Hong Kong and *overseas stock. All loans will be secured by the stock portfolio that the account is holding or by any securities collateral that the account holder agrees to pledge.

• Internet Account: Internet account is a cash account where account holder can place order by himself/herself through Internet. The account does not provide any margin financing facility, so sufficient fund must be available before placing any purchase-order(s) and sufficient shares must be ready before placing any sell-order(s). Funds will be available immediately for the account holder to make another trade as long as the same amount of fund is released from selling a stock. If the account holder would like to trade *overseas stocks, he/she must place order through phone.

• Memorandum and Articles of Association (or other constitutional documents, as appropriate);

• Certificate of Incorporation;

• Business Registration Certificate;

• Register of Directors and Registor of Members;

• Identity Card of all Directors and Authorized Signer(s);

• Relevant Director's board resolution authorizing the execution of this Statement; and

• Letter of Guarantee

1. If you wish to visit our head-quarter or any of our branches to complete the account opening procedure, you are required to:

• Prepare the supporting documents as mentioned above.

• Make reservation with our account executive / customer service officer.

• Prepare a designated e-mail address (for Internet account only) and a designated bank account information.
  　

2. If you wish to send the account opening documentation to us, please send it by registered mail and you are required to:

• Be an existing account holder of REXCAPITAL Group or a new account applicant who is not living in Hong Kong.

• Complete and sign the agreement/documents

• Have an *¹approved person as your witness and complete the part in “Witness Information”

Remark:

• if you are the existing client(s) of REXCAPITAL Group, you may either invite an *¹approved person or anyone approved by us to be a witness of the agreement.

• If you are new applicant(s) who is/are not living in Hong Kong and is/are unable to have an *¹approved person as a witness, a cheque from a *²licensed bank in Hong Kong with a bearer's name as same as the name in the agreement will be treated as a significant verification of the account holder's identity. The minimum cheque amount is HK$30,000. The cheque will be valid only if it is cleared and the signature on the cheque must be as same as the signature on the agreement. The cheque should be payable to “REXCAPITAL Securities Limited”.
  　

• Prepare supporting documents as mentioned above.

• Be aware of filling in a designated e-mail address (for Internet account only) and a designated bank account information.

• (*¹ Note: Witness should be any approved person including licensed person, an affiliate of a licensed person, a Justice of the Peace, or a professional person such as a branch manager of a bank, certified public accountant, lawyer or notary public.)

• (*² Note: A licensed bank in Hong Kong means that a bank account of the cheque holder must be opened in Hong Kong with the localized bank account number. We will not accept any cheque issued by the overseas bank in which the bank may have subsidiary in Hong Kong.)
  　

3. If you wish to download the account opening agreement or any form from our web-site, please read all related terms and conditions carefully before signing it up. If you have queries about any terms and conditions from the agreement, you are welcome to contact our Account Executive/Customer Service Officer for further assistance. Your signature on the agreement indicated that you have read, understood and confirmed to the related terms and conditions that you agree upon.

4. Account Completion:

• Successful applicant for Cash / Margin / Stock Options Account will receive a duplicated copy of the original agreement by post and a notification of the new assigned account number from our company. Normally a notification of account number will be delivered to the account holder through phone or any mean of message delivery.

• Successful applicant for Internet Account will receive a duplicated copy of the original agreement by post and an “Account Confirmation” by e-mail, in which the confirmation will be sent to the account holder’s designated e-mail address. Upon receiving an e-mail reply from the Internet account holder, we will post a password notification to the account holder and he/she may then start logging in the trading platform.
